We’ve got 6.5 running on a W2k box for our Domino Web Access users. When users “Go Offline”, they are prompted to download the Sync Manager. Sync Manager 6.5 is downloaded and installed perfectly.
However, I’m trying to create a pre-installer CD so the dial-up users won’t have to wait 2 days to download 60mb+ (thanks lotus). The only pre-installer I could find on the lotus site is 6.0.1. I tried installing that, but when I “go offline”, I am still prompted to download Sync Manager…is this because the server is 6.5 and it’s recognizing that a newer version is available?
If so, can I turn that off. And if not, where can I get Sync Manager 6.5? Is it possible to create a pre-installer CD from the files on the server?
LOTUS - when is the 6.5 pre-installer going to be available for download?
Lots of questions - if anyone knows anything, please let me know. Share the knowledge…thanks.
