yesterday I set up a test system with Domino 8.0.1 and Lotus Notes 8.0.2. My problem is that the sidebar doesn’t appear in Lotus Notes although I configured it on the server (Desktop Settings: Preferences ->Window Management → Display sidebar: Yes und “Set value whenever modified”). Do I have to install a sametime server also to make the sidebar show up or is there anything else I need to configure?
When I log in, I am always prompted for the instant messaging password. However, the instant messaging server is not found (do I have to specify a sametime server? I entered the domino server there).
