Subject: Domino nHTTP crash?

I’m having the same problem.

In the line “FATAL THREAD 17/62 [ nHTTP:0904: 2712]”, 2712 is the thread number you must search the rest of the NSD log file with.

This will help you find what databases were open by the thread that crashed. That way, if you are trying to locate a bad database you might be able to narrow it down.

In my case I had somthing like this:

…and you see that this thread has bob.nsf and ourcontacts.nsf open at the time of the crash.

So then I was able to narrow it down and figured out that when people were using iNotes, creating a new mail message and selecting the To button to add a person from one of our address books, that the server crashed some time around here. So is it my address book or the iNotes template (StdR6Mail, ver 6.0.2)?

What I’ve told the user to do is not use the Select Address option and let Domino resolve the email address instead.
