Hello, I’m having a doubt ( or two ) related to Domino Express licencing.
Is it entitled in the Domino Messaging and Collaboration Express licence the possibility of developing Web Applications ?

One caveat:
A Web Application that requires user authentication requires a CAL per user.
If you want to use this as an Extranet/Intranet Tool, I would recommend looking at Domino Utiliy Server Express.

After reading several pages, it appears you can run web applications and one thing I read recommended using a Lotus Business partner to build web applications for your express clients (I agree). Here is a FAQ link.
