Domino Memory Limits by OS?

I keep reading about the Domino R5 and R6 memory limit under Windows 2000 being about 2GB of RAM.

Is there a matrix somethere that shows the maximum memory limits by OS and/or Domino version?

I thought it would be easy to find, but I cannot find it. Thanks.
