I was just wondering what the minimum server requirements are to install Domino Express on my Windows 2003 server (Ram, CPU etc)
I’m looking at having around 350 users (mailboxes)

I’d go with Windows 2003 64 bit (to scale better), at least one quad core proc (64 bit), 4GB RAM and as many drives as you can get in a RAID 10 for speed.
The real underlying question is what is the usage profile of the mail users.
