We like Domino Everyplace (we’ve found DE Access more useful then DE Enterprise, at least for wireless applications because the bandwidth isn’t there yet). We’ve had to tweak the delivered mail and calendar templates only a little from the out of the box version, but there are a list of things we haven’t been able to affect. If anyone has had any success with these I’d welcome an opportunity to trade war stories.
DE Access Multi-selection of documents in a view operates differently on different devices. Most use a List box (in which on some devices it is difficult to select multiple, separated items because we have no control key on a pda). The WAP browser on a Tungsten W has the best presentation because it users check boxes. Mutli-select seems to be a feature built in to the DE Access servlets not on a form, and presentation can’t be modified. Has anybody found a way to specify that this should always be checkboxes?
DE Access on Palm Tungsten W. Offering xhtml on the Palm Web Browser Pro browser delivered with Palm OS 5 causes the menu names to wrap separately from the icons. Can we stop the menu from wrapping to the next line without turning off the icons?
DE Access: Calendar Views - weekly and Monthly views are not very attractive. Has any body had any success trying to improve them?
DE Access doesn’t support attachments or doc links in presenting mail rich text fields. What can we do to allow users to view attachments? Attachments get stripped out of the conversion? Has anybody had success using the $$MobileLink Style buried in the DE Access help? If so, with what devices?
Any luck implementing any version of Single Sign-on with DE Access?
