Does anyone know of a third-party app that will help automate updating Organizational data in the Domino Directory?
Everytime there is a re-org or deparment name change, I have to manually go to each person document for each employee, update their Manager info, Depart info and also update the Notes Groups for that Department. We also have Employee ONLY email groups and All Associaties Email groups which are becoming increasingly difficult to keep accurate for various reasons. Total I have over 40 User or Management groups to maintain which change often.
Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
