I as an Lotus notes admin is required to find number of users department wise in my organisation. I have made a practice to complete entries in Work/Home tab of person document immediately after registration. Is there any way I can export all person documents in a excel sheet where I can perform of departmentwise sorting/filter.
Not without any customization but with a custom agent no problem. Just export all or just selected document to excel worksheet.And even send the updated information back.
Sorry, I was so busy searching for solution that I forgot to check back the responses. However , solution found in www.openntf.org. It provides excellent codes for administrators including one I needed.
