Server Error: The Server’s Domino Directory does not contain any cross certificates capable of authenticating you.
I have not seen this before. I thank you for your help.

You will receive this error if you are connecting to a server that is in a different domain. In order to get past this error, you must create a cross certificate on the server that you are trying to connect to for your organization.

Sorry, I’m a brand new to this thing, I have found having the same problem - how I could do this - I’m trying to connect first time after the set up program completed, from Remote Administrator Program and can’t do that.
