I would like to export a list of name and internet addresses from the Domino directory (List A) so that I can compare it with another list of valid users (List B). The users that exist in “List A” that do not exist in “List B” will be purged from the system. Can anyone suggest a simple way to export a list from names.nsf?
Subject: Find or build a view with the relevant data, Export view, open in Spreadsheet???
If you want it even nicer, this could be done via lotus script. (If the proper keys to the data are there, the comparison could be done automatically, too). - Sepending how nice you need it, looks like something between 4 hours and 3 days of work.
