I’ve not got a nsd log (I’ll get it next time) but I repeatedly get a crash while using Domino.
The crash occurs when I’ve started a Design Refresh ( no matter how big or small the change) and then try and perform some other operation within the client.
Sometimes when I try and save or close an open tab or something, the whole client crashes.
Is this a known issue?

Not sure if it’s a known issue but I did see this problem, seemed better in later FPs, maybe 3 or 4. Now 8.5.2 is out worth upgrading to that anyway

In particular, using words from the fatal thread in your missing NSD file.
In case of reproducible crashes, please contact Lotus Support. Really, please, if you want things fixed, you must create support incidents.
What you’re seeing here is probably another manifestation of a known focus issue (which doesn’t typically cause a crash, but I can see where it might in some cases). It has to do with switching between the Notes client and Designer; this often seems to make the client confused about which window has focus.
