Domino crash every 30-45 minutes

I have a newly reloaded Notes server that is crashing every 30-45 minutes and I’m not sure why. At first I thought it was a memory issue, but the server crashes even after upping the memory to 8GB (there are only 419 users on this server, many of whom only access Notes a couple of times per week). Can anyone help translate the following NSD? I’m used to Domino 6.5 - 8 is new to me so I feel like I have to be missing something.
