When I start up Domino on the server, the black console screen appears and then it asks for the server ID password. I do not have this issue on any other Domino server. Is there any way I can stop the console screen asking for the server ID password.

It sounds like when the server was configured a password on the server.id was set. You can remove the password by making a local copy of the server.id. Then in your Administrator client go to the Configuration tab, and under Tools → Certification select ID Properties. Select the copy of the server.id and open it. There will be a Change Password button. When you click on it you’ll be able to remove the password with the No Password button. Now just end the server and replace the password protected server.id with the no password copy of the server.id.
