Domino console on Win 2008 server. Technote isn't available

I just installed Dom 8.5.1 on a Win 2008 server and no console is showing up. I see there’s a technote out there, but when I try to look at it I get the Error Document no found message.

can someone summarize why there isn’t a console, and do we just use the Lotus Domino Console icon that gets created from now on?

I am assuming you are running the 64 Bit Windows. If so the console does not display on the workstation without launching the Domino Console using the icon or from the Start->Programs

This is the default function on the 64 Bit OS, even running on my laptop in Vista 64 Bit, the console does not display on the screen.
