Does anyone have any experience of JVM errors on BlackBerry devices?We have a v4 BlackBerry Enterprise Server (BES), running on a R6.5.4 Domino server, on a Win2003 server.
We have a user who has a v4 handheld. Well, he has had three devices in a month.
All error out with JVM errors, I have had JVM 200, JVM 531 and others.
The oddity here is that the handhelds are fine for other users (I gave him MY handheld, which had been fine for months. When configured via wireless sych for exec, it died after a week). One of the handhelds was brand new from o2.
This leads me to think it is a problem with data?
On the most recent device, we did not restore ANY data to the device via Desktop Manager/USN synch. We did it all wirelessly from the BES.
The only way that the user is different from other notes user on BES is that we had this problem recently on his mailfile “cannot complete replication - invalid or non-existent document” so ran a compact -c -i -d -K
Does anyone have any experience/ideas?
o2 and BB support are being lame on this.
