Not sure if this is a good place for this so sorry if I am in the wrong forum.
I have been tasked with determining if there is any good Notes/Domino based solutions that we can build in house or purchase and customize that will allow us to handle all aspects of email marketing.
We are on Salesforce so it will need to integrate there.
Our Current TA that is kicking off is looking at products/companies like Boomerang, Eloqua, Makesbridge, Exact Target, Zeta, Unica & Responsys.
Main features we are hearing from our users are campaign management & automation, analytics and behavior tracking, opt in/out, blast marketing, spam filter analysis etc. From what I can tell most of the basic features one would expect.
At this point I am straight up fishing so if way off base in here very sorry about that but any ideas, suggestions or information on the other players/companies/products in this market would be greatly appreciated.
