Domino administrator pops into the foreground

I will be working on something in my Windows XP client running Domino client 6.5.3 when the Domino Administrator will pop itself into the foreground. Is it trying to tell me of a situation that I need to look at, or is it just freaking out?

I have something similar happen. The Notes client will “disappear”, leaving the Admin client visible. However, when I click on the Notes client in the task bar, it minimizes (from being invisible) still leaving the Admin client visible. I click it again and it maximizes. Even in 6.5.4.

I consider it officially freaked.
