Domino 8.5 Server Crash

Hi

We have a Java Program which accesses the Domino Databases using the Domino Java APIs. The program accesses the data over the diiop service. When I try to access the databases, the Domino 8.5 Server crashes. However the same program works without modification on the other DOmino Versions.Any help?

Thanks & Regards

Subject: To get help…

a. Open a Service Request (PMR) with IBM Lotus Support to ascertain root-cause & solution for the issue:IBM Support

b. Provide information from the NSD (such as fatal call-stack, open db/doc(s)) and where in your code the crash is occurring to the Forum Community to help you fix the problem.

c. Identify the call-stack of the fatal thread within the NSD file that was generated during the crash along with details from your code causing the crash & then research (e.g. google) for known issues/solutions using that data.

I am unable to pinpoint the exact point/api call that might be causing the server crash.ANy help/pointers will be helpful. The NSD file for the server shows the following:

Subject: Try this…

  1. Search the NSD for the word “fatal”.2. Use the instructions within the following IBM Lotus Wiki entry to determine what function call is crashing the Server:

Mapping agent code to NSD crash stack on Windows

http://www-10.lotus.com/ldd/ddwiki.nsf/dx/Mapping__agent_code_to_NSD_crash_stack_on_Windows

Subject: Thanks.

Only put that wiki entry up recently. Glad to see it might help someone.

You can post the crash stack here as well if you need assistance.
