Hi!
I need to apply Fix Pack 2 to my Domino Server 8.5.3 for IBM Connections Mail 1.0. However, just when I double-clicked the fix pack installer, an error message occurs:
The Lotus Domino registry key does not specify the correct location of Lotus Domino. Please check HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Lotus\Domino\Path.
I installed my Domino in Program Files directory. I tried to enter registry values manually as the error says, but no luck!
It proceeds to a window that needs the location of the Notes program files and Notes data files. I, of course, manually inputted those values. But again, no luck!!!
After I clicked the Next button, it just hangs…
Does anyone know about this issue? I tried reinstalling the Domino but still the error’s the same.
Any hint to fix this is greatly appreciated!
