Domino 8.0 or 8.5 & SOAP 1.2

I am getting conflicting information, does 8.0 or 8.5 Support the SOAP 1.2 standards for web service consumers?

I ask because i am trying to setup a consumer for a SOAP 1.2 web service and it gives me this error:

Error reads: “An error occurred while importing the WSDL file: No supported (i.e. SOAP 1.1) binding found in the WSDL document”

Sorry to report that we don’t have anything new to report for Web Services since 8.0. There are some bug fixes, but nothing as significant as adding SOAP 1.2 or WSDL 2.0.
