Where can I find Domino 7.0 platform support matrix. I want to see what all platforms are supported with this latest release of Domino.
Please suggest.
Thanks,

Thanks for your response. But this site mentions only Domino 7 support for Linux. What about Domino 7 support on other platforms.
Please suggest.

Thanks Bruce,
I checked the link that you have provided and as per this link the only linux versions that are supported are
1)Novell SuSE Linux Enterprise Server (SLES) 8
I think Domino use to be supported on RHAS 2.1/ 3.0 (also as per link provded by Ove RHAS 4.0 is supported).
Are these platforms 2.1, 3.0 not supported any more with new Domino 7?

As far as I know Domino 7 is only certified on RH AS 4. I had Domino 7 beta running on Fedora Core 3 but it took a lot of effort.

RHEL 2.1 and 3.0 are not supported due to the lack of the sys-epoll capabilities in the kernel. Red Hat implement these starting from RHEL 4.0.
LD7 is using this to support thread pooling to more efficiently handle concurrent connections; LD6 used to spawn a new thread for every connection.
Since this is a core part of the LD7 server, RHEL 2.1 and 3.0 also won’t be supported in the future… It’s just missing a critical piece of functionality.
You can get the domino server to work on older RHEL releases, but it requires a lot of fiddling (including probably compiling a new kernel). Don’t go there if you want any hope of support from IBM (and Red Hat).
cheers,
Bram
