Exactly the reason for my post. Originally it was scheduled for January 2006. Then it was postponed to February 2006. Then it was rescheduled back to JANUARY 2006.
SO, where is it and why can’t I get it?

It’s not out yet. It’s in the “Gold Candidate” stage. It will probably be a good week or two before it’s built and released.
IBM will put the brakes on an update if a significant problem is found in the testing process (regression, etc.) They got bit REAL bad 4-5 years ago by trying to rush things out the door.
