Don’t buy them, download them from http://www.redbooks.ibm.com. These are great resources and cover nearly everything you could want, and they’re published by IBM. They do fall short sometimes, and go into too much technical detail when all you want to know is how to fix a problem, but they’re great for the price. They even have a section just for Lotus Notes and Domino: http://publib-b.boulder.ibm.com/Redbooks.nsf/portals/Lotus

I really like this book:Lotus Notes and Domino 6 Programming Bible
It reads very well, and is a nice change from the help files and Redbooks. Those are also good.
And for our end users we purchase this one:
10 Minute Guide to Lotus Notes R6
This is great for users after an R6 upgrade, or to give to new employees on their first day. We all know end users will not read the on-line help.
