Domino 14.0 requires glibc 2.34 because it is build on Redhat Linux 9.1.
Glibc is the Linux C run-time which is a core building blog of Linux and can't be changed.
This means you can't run it on Linux versions which don't have at least glibc 2.34.
Glibc 2.34 itself doesn't work on old CPUs not supporting at least a CPU with microarchitecture level x86-64-v2
