On Friday night I created the domcfg.nsf db and created my own design for the login. I tested 2 dozen times, trying out new layouts so I was obviously hitting the save button after each change and I come in this morning and it reverted back to the default page with the gold key. Any idea how this would have happened?
If you were making the changes to the database itself then when the design task runs it will replace the design with whatever template is being used which would wipe out your changes. If you were changing the template and refreshing it on to the database then disregard this reply.
