Domcfg.nsf

I am presently using WebAccessRedirect650.nsf, from the sandbox,as my home page and my redirecting tool for employees logging in for their mail.I see that I have additional functionality in a database called DOMCFG.NSF.

Should I use this database as my homepage?

Any other tips.

Thank for your time.

You have to create this one yourself using the domcfg.ntf template.

you can read more about domcfg.nsf in the administration help database.

I have created the database.I configured the documents in the database.

I can’t find in the help how the database is integrated.

Normally, the database name is added to the domino directory, such as directory catalog, directory assistance etc.

Once the databae is created in the Domino data directory , what next?

Thanks for your time.

The DOMCFG.NSF is mainly used to customize “error-pages” (replacements for the “404”-type stuff) and login-pages (for session-based authentication) server-wide. It doesn’t provide redirection-capabilities. However, both work together fine (just independently of each other)
