We are moving away from Lotus Notes and have one last mail server. We would like to set everyone to Read only to Notes Mail databases with the exception of Notes Administrator of course. I looked at security in server document, but did not see an option for this.

Paul - thanks for your help. I am familiar with database ACL. I have been trying to find a way to restrict everyone as to Reade Access to the whole Domino Domain (1 last server and all mail databases).
