We have had to restore a number of mail files 3 year end backups worth to a server for searching accross all DBs. Because the mail files were backed up on a now decommissioned server, a seperate server was built for the task.Domain Catalog and Indexer have been setup, all DBs have been set to be included in MultiDB index. I and the new server have manager access to all DBs.
I performed a search for 1 keyword and I get around 18,000 responses, however I seem to be able to only view a thousand or so. Also when clicking on a doclink, I invariably get an error that the document cannot be found in the view.
