We have a couple blackberry where we use the web client in conjunction with inotes.
The blackberry will receive an email with the address of. “rsmith/location/domain/us”@xxxx.com@domain_name.
When the blackberry user tries to reply the email fails.
How do I get the email address to be the internet address on the person’s document that is sending the email so it shows as rsmith@company.com
We do not use Global domain as we only have the domino server.

this issue was introduced in R6, web mail client accessing inotes worked fine in R5, I ran into this after upgrating our domino servers to R6 in Dec 2004, there is no fix for that each party rim/lotus blame each other for this issue… in my case we bought BES in Jan 2005 so this isn’t an issue for us… as far as I remember if you change in person doc to keep incomming emails in notes rich format, they can reply to emails ok but this is introducing another issue, if email was sent as anything else different but plain text BB users cannot read email at all, they get message but instead of email body they get some wired srting, so in any case there is no solution for that at least not for R6
