DOLS Mail Routing Problem

Hi there,

We are using DOLS for a web based offline application (Domino 6.5.1 server). This application allows you to send e-mails which are, when offline, properly posted into the mail.box of the offline DOLS installation. However, the mails are never routed and remain in the local mail.box idenfinitely, even with the Sync Manager’s option ‘Send pending emails before shutdown’ enabled.

I have reinstalled the offline subscription with the same negative results. When online the application has no problems sending e-mails, all other functionality works offline just fine as does the data sync.

Any hints about possible causes & solutions are appreciated,
