Subject: S60 5th edition not supported

The Traveler 8.5 Nokia S60 client does not support S60 5th edition devices. Only 3rd edition, 3.x devices are supported.

Hi,

I just tested the Traveler 8.5 Nokia S60 Client with the latest firmware(v20.0.012) for Nokia 5800 and it’s working fine!

Before the firmware upgrade Lotus Traveler Mailbox was not visible in the Messaging application. Calender/Notes sync works without the firmware update.

Subject: Create new email?

Hi!

I have Traveler installed on my Nokia 5800 and it’s working fine except when i’m creating a new mail I cant get focus on subject or body field…

I can send the email fine but it’s not worth much since I can write anything in the body :wink:

Do you have the same problem or have you solved it somehow?

Subject: Nokia 5800 new mail - work around, S60 5th

Hi,

can confirm troubles with creating new mail on 5800 (FW v20.0.12), Domino 8.0.2, Traveler 8.5.0.1, build 200812171338.

I found out this work around:

  • Lotus Traveler Mail → new, fill in “To:” field

  • “Save to Drafts”

  • open from “Drafts” → focus goes to “Subject:” field

  • “Save to Drafts”

  • open from “Drafts” → focus goes to “body”

Hope it will help.

But! Still unable to go to “Cc:” field

“Bcc:” field is even unpossible to check.
