Does Lotus Notes Client 64 bit exist?

Does Lotus Notes client 64 bit exist for Windows? I’m not talking about running Lotus Notes 32 bits in a 64 bits operating system, I’m talkig about running Lotus Notes 8.5 64 bits in a 64 bits Windows OS…

If not, does the 32bits version work in the x64 operating systems (Windows)?

Subject: Does not exist / not a supported config

Currently, there is no Louts Notes 64 bit executable. 32 bit Notes may work on a 64 bit OS, but it is not a supported operating system, meaning it has not been tested on that platform, and support may not be able to assist if you run into issues.

Subject: Notes Client and Windows 64-bit

To be honest, what is IBM/Lotus waiting for? 64-bit has been mainstream for more than 3 years now. Memory is so cheap, why would anyone by a new PC with less than 4GB of RAM. To use all 4GB (or more), you need to run a flavor of 64-bit. Vista x64 works well, and Windows 7 x64 will be even better.
