I know this probably seems like a strange question, but I have a number of scheduled agents that run M-F (set to not run on weekends). These have worked fine for many. many months, but for some reason did not run this morning as scheduled.
Hence the question.

See if the agent is in the agent manager queue, and look at server log for clues of what happened. You will find useful tips (server console commands and debug settings) in “Troubleshooting agents in R5 and R6” in the Agent FAQ.

Good question… it shouldn’t. Does the agent log give any clue as to why the agent didn’t run?
I use special documents for figuring out when holidays are. Each holiday has a holiday document in a custom view, and agents check the view first, to see if they should run. If it’s a weekend or a holiday, they don’t.
