Readers field worked strange recently. When the document is created, code in the Querysave event will populate the Readers field with ‘[Admin]’ role and the person who created the document. Most of the documents work but a few of them disappeared.
One is very wierd. The person created the document and sent to his delegate to work on. His delegate was populated into the Readers field but himself got removed. There is nothing in the code to remove a person from the Readers field.

The readers field is multiple-value field and it does contain mutliple names and roles for most of the docuemnts. But three documents just vanished.

That can happen. Just because the field widget is set up correctly doesn’t mean that the content of the field is correct. Use Full Access Administration to find & fix the documents.

In Notes client view, there are two documents under Mr. A (use @Docchildren formula) but in the designer view, only one document is shown.
Which view is correct? Since the document has readers field involved, the user was curious that one document is missing.
