Hi All,
When some users archive email, the archive emails are moved to Archive database, but the documents are still visible in inbox.
But when the user try to open those email, it says “Document Has Been Deleted”
Why is it not getting deleted from inbox?

Subject: view indexes
It sounds like the view index is not rebuilding when the items are being archived. I have seen this before, and the answer was that the user machine didn’t have enough memory to both (1) move a large number of documents and (2)rebuild the view. Archiving fewer documents at a time was the solution. Upgrading RAM would be another good solution.
Otherwise, there may be some view corruption. Running a fixup on that db should help, in that case.

Thanks for the reply. Even if they archive a small number of documents, it is the same. They have 1GB RAM on their machines.

HiI am seeing the same issue. CTRL SHIFT F9 doesn’t seem to work but strangely SHIFT F9 from the current view works.
We are using R 8.02 server with 6.5.6 clients
