Documents seem to disappear from Inbox in iNotes6

Hi all.

Using webmail with iNotes6 is very popular by my users. One of my users, however, experiences a problem now. When she opens a document from Inbox in iNotes6 the document disappears from Inbox and All documents. When she opens the mail box from the Lotus Notes client, however, the document is in place. How can this be and what shall I do to help her? If you have any good ideas, please let me know …

The user reads the mail and then it disappears. In the Lotus Notes client you have the ‘view all’ / ‘view unread’ button. When using iNotes you have the menu option ‘view’ → ‘show unread only’. When there is a checkmark in front of ‘show unread only’ then this option has been enabled. The user can disable it by clicking it again.
