I’m experiencing problem showing documents on the web from the mail-in database. Everytime the documents are sent to the mail-in database, the are published on the intranet. what happens then is that in order for them to show on the website, I need to resave them. What might be the cause of these.
The mail-in database ACL has Default as Editor
Anonymous as Editor.
Subject: Documents not showing.
Ignoring the web part of things, when they documents arrive, do they appear in the Notes Client view that is being used?
Is there a computed field on the form that is used in the selection formula?

Yes documents do appear on the Client Notes View and the is no computed field used in the selection formular.

And that view is the same one used by the web?
Is there a Readers field that includes however the web users are logged on? (Anonymous or their username) that is computed when the document is saved?

The view (notes Client) is the same as one used on the web.The form can be read by anyone. does not have readers fields.
