Many documents in my database lost the FORM property, wich caused them to disappear from the main view, that select the documents based on the FORM.
Is there any sittuation that can cause this problem?

Can it be that the docs were created from the backend - in that case Form field is not populated automatically…

If the Form property “Store form in document” is checked the form name is stored in a field called $Title. If this is the case then your view selection criteria should reflect that.
