Documents disappearing from DB

Hello,

I have a strange issue in a database wherein some documents are getting disappeared from the database,no scheduled agent is acting on the documents.

Mostly the documents with attachments which are generally very large are facing this problem…

Db size - 238 MB

Could anyone tell what would be the reason behind this.

Any fixup removing corrupt documents?

There’s no replication formula and there’s no fix up as well…!
