Only one of our users has a strange problem with his mail database.
On cluster server 1 emails arrive but all emails disappear in minutes. Calendar documents are still there. All folders are empty.
If you replicate by hand everything is OK, but nothing happens. We’ve deleted this database and created a new replica. After about 5 minutes all emails are gone and all folders are empty again! The databases on cluster server 2 and 3 or OK!
Not sure it’s the problem, but check the acl of this mailbox. Calculate (using effective access button) the access rights of a “working” server and then compare it with the “non-working” server.
If ACL is not correct for this server => it might cause problems.
