I have a master setup document in an application, this document contains a rich text field for storing the ‘Terms & Conditions’, which is stored as a formatted text. This document automatically gets truncated, but when the rich text item doesnt have any text the document is not truncated. When truncated admin are not able to edit the document, only way to edit is copyallitems and recreate a new document without the richtext item. The original size of the document is 12.7 KB with richtext after truncation it is 9.11KB.
I have checked the replication settings and this database is not replicated with any other. Waiting for your reply.
