Just wanted to know whether anyone’s seen this or not, and whether you’d clarify it as a bug or not.
I have an agent set to run on all new & modified documents.
In the document selection I have ‘uses ‘Project’ form’ selected through the simple action, and then use db.unprocesseddocuments to get those docs.
What happens though is that I also get the documents with a form called ‘Sequential Project Codes’, obviously because it has the word Project in it. I reckon it shouldn’t work this way, but any views on this.
That selection criteria uses ftsearch, so I’m not surprised at your result. I never use that feature, but perhaps you can set it equal to that value instead of uses that value???
At any rate, note that if your db is not ftindexed then you’re taking a big hit in order to use this search method.
