I have been developing a work flow application. A peculiar problem I have been facing is that documents saved from a particular form in this application could not be displayed in any view. I have checked th vw selectn formula which is plain and simple as :
SELECT (Form=“A”) where “A” is the form in question.
But when the formula is changed to
SELECT @All
those documents are displayed along with other docs. I have an authors field in form A.

But what I found is tht documents saved with this form when displayed forcefully in the view using @All vw selection & when that doc is rigth-clicked for document properties shows all fields except the “FORM” field…Strange!!!.
What could be the problem??

Perhaps you are programmatically creating this document and not assigning it the form? At any rate, the issue is that there is no FORM field, so you should work on assigning that.
You can display it in the view using other criteria, I imagine, but when someone clicks on it Notes won’t know what form to display the document with.
