Document Management database template

Hi, I am creating a Document Management database that will be used by the Notes and web clients.

Instead of creating one from scratch, I am looking for a template to get started. Can you please let me know where can I download such a templates.

I looked at the Lotus Doc Lib template but looking for more ideas to get started.
