This is happening to people who have Notes 6.5.4 client, but 6.5.2 Server.
If a user opens a document that has an attachment, edits that attachment, saves the attachment, saves and closes the notes document. It is still retaining the document lock on the notes document. Not allowing another user to edit that notes document, or the attachment included on that document. Any one have this issue? Any help would be appreciated.
Back History on previous issue- We had some people edit attachments, in the notes document, and the attachment would be locked out to anyone, but the form would be ok. We upgraded the client to 6.5.4 and that part works, but now the document is still retaining a lock. Just seeing if upgrading the server to 6.5.4 would fix it.
