Hi, We are having a database on web and client.This application has certain approvals.Now I have doubts of sending doc links on web.Client i have no issues.
Can some one help me out while sending the mail how can we send the doc links on the web based application.

Is the database web enabled and accessible through either your Intranet or the Internet? If so, do you want people who access their mail through a web interface to go to the web version and your people who access their mail through a Notes interface to go to the Notes version? If there is no editing or forwarding involved, this will work fine IF the server for the mail and the server for the application are the same, but that is a big IF in most organizations. You can change all the doclinks to URL links and send everybody to the web interface, or you can change them all to Notes URLs and send everybody to the Notes client interface, but it will take a bit more to handle each consistently. It is possible, but a bit more work.
