Hello, one of my users wanted to include hyperlinks to some Notes documents in an Excel sheet. Is there a way to do so?

Yes,you can do this by the foolowing steps.

1.In Notes dcoument,from the Menu choose Edit—>Copy as Link—>Document Link.

2.Goto the Excel sheet,from the Menu choose Edit—>Paste Special—>select Paste Link.(Display as Icon is optional for you).

3.Click Ok.

Thanks for the prompt reply. But I need a hyperlink to the Notes document rather than an icon to link to the document.

When the document is open, click the address bar drop-down in lotus notes and it will give you the notes URL for the document in the form

NOTES://SERVER/DATABASEID/VIEWID/DOCID
