Document is getting deleted automatically after saving or editing

I have one database .nsf from which document is getting deleted automatically after composing or editing, it is happening for only one user. for others user it’s working fine.

and there are no reader and author field.

so please help me …any ideas.

When in the DB look at the top next to TOOLS… There will be a button saying view all - not view UNREAD.

Clicking this should fix you issue.
