I saw a posting in this forum regarding thie message, but no resolution.

Has anyone seen this message in Lotus Notes client ?

user is running 6.5.5 and uses the inotes6 template. All of our users are either 6.5.1 or 6.5.5 with inotes6 template.

User receives this message when opeing a new mail message.

Several weeks ago, user received notes pop-up message, when trying to flag a message if the message was opened. If user flagged the same message for follow-up from inbox folder, user did not receive message.

Any ideas what is causing this issue ?

I have seen the error, User running notes 6.5.2 with inotes template. Had client delete all entries from the by URL view of the cache.NDK and all entries from the by URL view of the bookmark.nsf file and worked properly afterwords

I want to confirm that deleting the Cache.NDK file resolved the issue. I did not have to delete bookmark.nsf.

One of my users recently started getting the same error when trying to flag an e-mail in her Inbox.
